Group Visits
* All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
* Dogs and pets are not permitted into the wildlife centre. We regret that assistance dogs are also not allowed into the animal section as a dogs presence is very stressful for our animals. Assistance dogs are permitted in the tearoom.
* For the safety of visitors and our animals Fernvalley Wildlife Centre reserves the right to refuse entry to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Any persons acting violently or inappropriately will politely be asked to leave the centre and no refunds will be offered.
